Jumpstart Your Day

How you start your day will dramatically affect your levels of success in every area of your life. People awaken every day to the same age-old challenge of how to overcome mediocrity and live to their fullest potential. A great way to accomplish that is to jumpstart your day with a productive morning ritual. Start setting your alarm 30-minutes earlier than usual and practice the following activities for approximately five-minutes each morning, and watch these powerful habits begin to transform your life:

    • Read – grab a cup of coffee (or drink of your choice) and a good book with uplifting and inspiring words to start your day on a positive note
    • Write – take out your journal or a notebook and write five things for which you are most grateful
    • Visualize – think about what you want to accomplish today and imagine yourself moving through each task easily and successfully
    • Practice stillness – sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on taking deep, slow breaths for five minutes, inhale through your nose & exhale through your mouth
